Tennessee Titans Rule Out Three Players Ahead of Jacksonville Jaguars Matchup in Week 11

The Tennessee Titans released their final injury report of Week 11 on Friday following their last practice session of the week before they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. Three players were already ruled out and two remain questionable.

Wide receiver Treylon Burks will miss another game with a concussion. Also suffering from a concussion, left tackle Andre Dillard was ruled out. Starting cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting had surgery on his thumb recently and while he is able to practice, the Titans have decided to hold out the veteran corner another week.

As for the players with questionable designations heading into Saturday, starting right guard Daniel Brunskill was limited throughout the week with an ankle injury, but seems like he is trending towards playing. The Titans picked up former Panthers starting guard Calvin Throckmorten this week. Throckmorton has started six games this season and is set to fill in if Brunskill can’t go.

Special teams stalwart and linebacker Luke Gifford will also be questionable with a shin injury. Gifford may play a lesser role on defense, but his impact on special teams can surely be felt. The Titans will need all the help they can get on the road.

It also looks like Ryan Tannehill will return this week and serve as the backup quarterback. Tannehill suffered an ankle injury in Week 6 that ultimately led to him losing his job to rookie Will Levis.

On the Jacksonville side of the injury report, two players were ruled out for Sunday’s game while four others were listed as questionable. A much longer list than the Titans, but some important names make up the Jaguars’ report.

First, talented return man and offensive weapon Jamal Agnew was ruled out early in the week and then starting cornerback Tyson Campbell was ruled out on Friday.

That leaves the four questionables. Starting left tackle Anton Harrison, starting wide receiver Zay Jones, defensive lineman Roy Robertson-Harris and reserve receiver Parker Washington all will be decided on Sunday.
