Fulton was absent from Tuesday’s meeting due to personal reasons.
Offensive tackle Andre Dillard took off his yellow no-contact jersey, another sign that he could return this week after missing Week 11 with a concussion.
    However, some people were absent.
Derrick Henry, Denico Autry and DeAndre Hopkins all missed practice.
Normally, the trio would have a rest day on Thursday, but due to Thanksgiving, this week’s adjustment schedule meant that day fell on Wednesday.
