Andrel Anthony and McKade Mettauer are among the leaders on the team at their respective positions and both went down Saturday against Texas.Oklahoma coach Brent Venables gave an injury report on Monday night after practice, and the news isn’t good.

Offensive guard McKade Mettauer, who left the Texas game with a protective boot on his left foot with what Venables called an ankle sprain, “best-case scenario for him will be back sooner rather than later,” Venables said.

The news wasn’t wasn’t nearly as hopeful, however, for leading receiver Andrel Anthony.
