GO AWAY : Alabama fans react to Crimson Tide hiring a new coach…….

Two Questions Nick Saban Wants You To Ask Yourself

The Alabama Crimson Tide are preparing for their matchup against the Michigan Wolverines in the College Football Playoff. Head coach Nick Saban seems to be trying to find any advantage he can in order to beat Jim Harbaugh’s team. Alabama hired former Michigan linebackers coach George Helow on Thursday.

Helow was the linebackers coach in 2021 and 2022. While he did not spend any time with the team this year after both sides mutually agreed to part ways in February, he helped coach the team to the playoffs the last two years. Saban is engaging in some classic gamesmanship here. While Helow could provide some valuable insight, more of the move is that Michigan has to consider this in its preparation. Will they feel the need to change a couple of things on defense to try and counter what Helow knows?

Alabama football fans are excited about potentially getting the best in-state talent in a long time.

Ryan Williams, a five-star wide receiver from Sarland (Ala.) High School, turned in an incredible junior season that nearly finished with a Class 6A State Championship. He put on a show in the 6A State Championship Game against Clay-Chalkville, totaling 11 catches for 232 receiving yards. Williams set a Class 6A and an overall Super 7 record for catches and yards.

He recorded four total touchdowns — two receiving, one rushing, and one kickoff return — but his news to reclassify to the 2024 recruiting class has Alabama fans jumping. Williams, a Crimson Tide commit, has people saying he is a generational talent.
