The racist tweet this former Pittsburgh Steelers player posted will astound you.
This past week, former Pittsburgh Steelers players gained attention on Twitter for their posts. Rashard Mendenhall, a former Super Bowl champion, was initially involved. It is now an even more well-known former athlete with dubious moral character.
Antonio Brown Divides Sportsmen Based on Race
On Christmas Eve, Antonio Brown tweeted a few divisive things. He hasn’t hesitated to take aim at some of the biggest names in sports with these tweets. What has he done now, then?
Michael Jordan and Brown were the only African American athletes to succeed, according to a previous tweet from Brown (Brown used other words to characterize this). One guy did, however, reply that quarterback Peyton Manning won a Super Bowl before leaving the NFL. Brown only replied, “Some tweeters suggested that Brown get help,” in response. Brown was called out for racism by others. Then, some were powerless to stop the current Twitter trend started by former Pittsburgh Steelers players.
Tweet from Rashard Mendenhall
Not all former Steelers have tweeted racist remarks, like Brown has. Mendehall tweeted last week that the NFL ought to alter the Pro Bowl’s structure. He desired to separate the teams according to race.
That tweet, as you would expect, received a lot of attention on social media. People are now making jokes about how former Pittsburgh Steelers players can’t stop being racist on Twitter as a result of this and Brown’s timely remark. At best, they were two dubious tweets from two dubious former NFL players, it must be said.
Tirade on Twitter for Antonio Brown
Antonio Brown doesn’t hesitate to share his opinions on social media. That being said, he didn’t target only this player today. He attacked Michael Irvin, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, in many tweets earlier this morning. Brown reacted in this way to Irvin leaving him off of his list of the greatest wide receivers in NFL history on the Mount Rushmore. Twitter is now waiting (and possibly cringing) to see what Brown will post next.
