Josh Key, a full-back, is said to have had a second compensation bid rejected by Exeter City, according to Swansea City.

WalesOnline has learned that SA1 has been considering the 24-year-old since January, but they are aware that they will probably face fierce competition to recruit him.

It has been confirmed that Swansea City is one of the two wildcard entries for the Nathaniel MG Cup in the upcoming season.

Twelve clubs from the JD Cymru Premier and sixteen clubs from each of the JD Cymru North and JD Cymru South will also compete.
