Paul Vaughan faces lengthy ban after possible hit at Warrington; The Salford and Wakefield men were suspended

Warrington Wolves star striker Paul Vaughan has been returned to court on a Class E charge laid by the Match Review Panel.
The 32-year-old was accused of unnecessary contact during the round 26 defeat to St Helens and could face a four-to-six match ban if found guilty in court this weekend .
Warrington will face Huddersfield in the final round of the season, facing Salford for the final spot in the top six.
Joe Bullock is close to returning from injury, interim coach Gary Chambers said, as Gil Dudson missed the match against Paul Wellens’s team.
His Warrington team-mate and striker Thomas Mikaele was charged with senior B tackling, but escaped a ban and a £250 fine.

Both were suspended for one match for dangerous contact in the golden point defeat to Leigh Leopards.

The Red Devils have only successfully appealed two separate one-match suspensions for the striker.
His two Class B offenses were downgraded ahead of the televised clash with Warrington at Salford Stadium.
