Apparently interested in the talented Leeds United player

Gray, a 17-year-old rising star for Leeds United who recently made his league debut for the Whites under Daniel Farke, is being pursued by Crystal Palace.

The midfielder, who was born in Durham, has appeared in all eight of Leeds’ opening Championship games, starting all but one, and has received high marks from the loyal Leeds United supporters.

But Nixon has since disclosed on his Patreon page this morning that Crystal Palace is interested in Gray. According to Nixon, Gray is being pursued by the Eagles, and Roy Hodgson’s team has been keeping an eye on him for some time.

With goals from Joel Piroe, Sam Byram, and Jaidon Anthony, Gray’s Leeds team defeated Watford 3-0 at home Wednesday to move up to fifth position in the Championship rankings.

This season has seen a remarkable rise for Gray. Gray has undoubtedly earned back Farke’s confidence in him with some strong performances, who has placed a lot of faith in the young player.

It’s not surprising that Premier League sides like Crystal Palace have already expressed interest in him given that he is displaying excellent maturity and skill at the age of 17, when there is no doubt that he still has a lot of potential for growth.

However, the Leeds academy graduate’s contract expires in 2025, which could cause problems for the Whites in the upcoming transfer windows.Rejuvenated Palace offer FPL bargains for run-in

Premier League teams will continue to be associated with him if his excellent form continues. And if Leeds and the player can’t come to terms on a new contract, Leeds may have to move him sooner rather than later.

Gray is still a fairly inexperienced player, therefore his only goal will be to play regular Championship football for Leeds, who are starting to gel under Farke.
