Bengals’ final injury report released, two stars officially out for Sunday’s game against the Texans

Cincinnati hosts Houston on Sunday at Paycor Stadium.
Bengals clear rookie WR Charlie Jones for practice return
CINCINNATI — Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is officially questionable for Sunday’s game against the Texans.
The 23-year-old landed hard on his back during Cincinnati’s Week 9 win over Buffalo.
He was really sore on Monday and Tuesday, but has gradually improved throughout the week.
Rookie wide receiver Charlie Jones is also questionable for Sunday’s game.
He’s missed the past five contests with a thumb injury.
The Bengals will be without key pieces on offense and defense on Sunday.
Wide receiver Tee Higgins (hamstring) and Sam Hubbard (ankle) are both out.
Higgins suffered his injury during Wednesday’s practice.
Hubbard hasn’t practiced all week after getting hurt in win over the Bills.
Josh Tupou’s defensive tackle is questionable.
Bengals lose breakout rookie returner Charlie Jones to injured reserve
He’s on track, but will likely miss his second straight game.
The Bengals face Houston on Sunday, then they head to Baltimore to face the Ravens on Thursday Night Football.
