‘Unbelievable’ – Ryan Lowe  key factor behind Preston North End’s strong star……

Four Preston North End players are on international duty as big matches await duo PNE has four players on the road with the country on holiday It’s always a proud time but is also full of worry for managers at the club.
Preston North End boss Ryan Lowe hopes to see the international quartet of Milutin Osmajic, Alan Browne, Liam Millar and Kian Best all return intact next week.
Four players respectively left with the U19 teams of Montenegro, Ireland, Canada and England.
Here’s an overview of the games worth checking out!

 

1. Liam Millar – Canada

It’s a two-legged CONCACAF Nations League quarter-final against Jamaica, for Canada. The first match is away in Kingston on the 18th (12am) before Jamaica travel to Toronto on the 22nd (12:30am). Both of those kick-off times are UK. Victory for Canada will see them qualify for the Nations League finals next March and also the Copa America.

Alan Browne – Ireland Stephen Kenny’s side can no longer qualify automatically for EURO 2024, with their only hope being to get past the Nations League play-offs.
Ireland’s final group match of the EURO qualifiers takes place in the Netherlands on the 18th (19: 45h) – before a friendly at home against New Zealand on the 21st (19: 45h).

Milutin Osmajic – Montenegro Montenegro has 2 remaining EURO qualifying matches and must overcome Serbia to qualify for next summer’s tournament.
To do this, they will have to win both games and hope other results help them.
It’s Lithuania at home on 16th (7:44:44pm) before an away clash with leaders Hungary on 19th (2pm).

Kian Best – England U19 First call-up to the Young Lions squad for Best, who has been out of action during the past two international breaks.
Ian Rusk’s side will be in Marbella for a week with three matches scheduled.
It’s a 24-man squad, but Best is hoping to get game time under his belt on the international stage.
England face Romania on the 15th (5pm), Japan on the 18th (1pm) and Mexico on the 21st (5pm).
