Watt has taken another step in his return from concussion and completed a full workout.
He was at his limit by Tuesday.
Running back Najee Harris (knee), safety Damonte Kazee (ankle) and defensive tackle Cam Heyward (groin) have been upgraded to full participation.
Harris missed practice Tuesday, and Kazee and Hayward were limited in practice.
Quarterback Kenny Pickett (ankle) remained sidelined after undergoing surgery last week.
He won’t play on Saturday.
Defensive tackle Keanu Benton (oblique) and linebacker Alex Highsmith (concussion) were limited.
