5 games in the NFC East standings.
Unfortunately for the Cowboys, they may be without a key player on offense this week.
Tyron Smith Injury Update Head coach Mike McCarthy told reporters during Wednesday’s media session that left tackle Tyron Smith’s status for Sunday is uncertain.
Smith has appeared in just four games this season and hasn’t played since Week 6 due to a neck injury.
Despite receiving a bye in Week 7, he was unable to suit up in Week 8, and it appears his neck injury is still bothering him.

Tyron Smith Expected To Play Right Tackle
Coach McCarthy said Smith will not practice Wednesday but will return to practice on a limited basis Thursday.
Beyond that, he offered no further details, saying the team is in “wait and see” mode, or whether Smith would play Sunday.
Dallas is in big trouble if Smith can’t play.
Smith’s backup middle horse Edga also missed the Week 8 game with an injury.
If no one else can keep up, the Cowboys will need to use third-string player Asim Richards at left tackle.
This is less than ideal against the Eagles’ strong defense.

Cowboys are better having Tyron Smith on the roster, no matter the role - Blogging The Boys
Philadelphia could put more pressure on Dak Prescott in the pocket and force Tony Pollard to the right, which would limit Dallas’ offensive capabilities.
Cowboys fans should keep an eye on Smith’s status this week as it could have a big impact on the game.
Do you think Dallas can upset Philadelphia this week even if Smith sits?
