Kentucky has two commitments from Harrisburg (Pa.) Bishop McDevitt quarterback Stone Saunders and Cincinnati (Ohio) Withrow wide receiver Quintin Simmons Jr.

A safety in the class of 2025 who has been committed to Vanderbilt since the summer has received additional offers from Tennessee and a number of other universities.

Although Carson Lawrence has nearly eight months of commitments to Vanderbilt under his belt, he is not intending to stop recruiting just yet. Several of the key projects that have lately entered the race for him are things he wants to look into more closely.

Within the last month, eight institutions have made scholarship offers to the McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Class of 2025 safety. Tennessee is one of those schools. When Tennessee coach Josh Heupel visited his school on February 2, he said he was “excited” to receive an offer from the Vols. He hopes to come to Knoxville in the upcoming weeks to see one of the Vols’ spring practices.

Kentucky has extended offers to Gates Mills (Ohio) Gilmour Academy edge rusher Brody Lennon (6-foot-4, 220), Cincinnati (Ohio), and Austin (Texas) Lake Travis defensive lineman Gus Cordova (6-foot-5, 250). Quarterback Bryshawn Brown (6-foot-6, 190) of the Winton Woods 2026 team, Columbus, Ohio Athlete Preston Penn (6-foot-2, 210) of Gahanna Lincoln, Cleveland (Ohio) Villa Angela-St. Joseph 2027 athletes: Christian Academy of Louisville (Ky.) 2027 athlete Ja’Hyde Brown (5-foot-6, 155); Louisville (Ky.) Trinity 2027 wide receiver Sekou Kamara (5-foot-5, 135); Brentwood (Tenn.) Academy 2027 cornerback Kesean Bowman (6-foot-1); Harper Woods (Mich.) 2027 wide receiver Dakota Guerrant (5-foot-11, 170); Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas wide receiver Logan Andrews (6-foot-3, 195). Hudson Reed (6-foot-5, 260), offensive tackle for Spain Park 2026, and wide receiver for Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) Additional offers for Cordova have come from USC, Oregon, Michigan, Oklahoma, and Texas. Vince Marrow, the recruiting coordinator and tight ends coach, will target Lennon. This was his first offer of a Power 5. Marrow is going to recruit Brown as well. Toledo has extended him another early offer.

Marrow is going to recruit Penn and White. Their first Power 5 offer was for the UK. Additionally, Guerrant has offers from Maryland, Penn State, Michigan State, and Michigan. Marrow will be his main source of recruits. Mike Stoops, the coach of the inside linebackers, plans to recruit Andrews.

UK was the first Power 5 offer for Kamara and Brown. Missouri and Louisville have also offered Bowman. Reed also has an offer from West Virginia. He had been offered by former offensive line coach Zach Yenser. Quarterman holds additional offers from NC State, Colorado and Syracuse. Stoops will serve as his primary recruiter. Newell also has an offer from Temple. He will be recruited by Marrow. Kielmeyer will be recruited by Marrow. He is rated an 87 on a scale to 100 by 247Sports, which equates to the nation’s No. 30 tight end. Boston College, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana have also offered.

Kentucky was the first Power 5 offer for Gardner, who will be recruited by defensive line coach Anwar Stewart. Auguste holds additional offers from Boston College, Illinois, Indiana, Pittsburgh and West Virginia. Offensive line coach Eric Wolford will serve as his primary recruiter. Byrne is rated a .9080 by the 247Sports Composite, which equates to the nation’s No. 24 offensive tackle and the No. 264 prospect overall. Florida State, Michigan, Florida, Ohio State and Notre Dame have also offered. Wolford will serve as his primary recruiter.
