It’s Caitlin Clark who records. Where is she scheduled to play during March Madness?
How to watch Caitlin Clark live during March Madness is provided below.
Caitlin Clark of the Iowa women’s basketball team is winning individual honors in plenty. But as March Madness approaches, where is her team standing?
On Thursday night, Clark, the standout guard, officially broke the record for the most points scored in NCAA women’s basketball history and guided the Hawkeyes (23-3) to victory.
With four games remaining in the regular season, Iowa’s Clark is now focused on helping the squad win its first-ever NCAA championship. After making it to the final in 2023, the Hawkeyes experienced a pleasant taste of victory before losing to LSU.
As the season comes to an end, let’s predict Iowa’s spot in the March Madness bracket and what’s in store for the team.
The No. 5 Hawkeyes will probably have high expectations going into the NCAA Tournament, even though the season is still ongoing.
According to the NCAA, Iowa would receive a No. 2 seed along with NC State, UCLA, and Texas if the season ended today. South Carolina, Stanford, Ohio State, and Colorado would be the top seeds.
In which location will Caitlin Clark participate in March Madness?
Clark and the Hawkeyes would host the first two rounds between March 20 and March 24 as the No. 2 seed.
From March 29 to April 1, there will be regional play in Albany, New York (MVP Arena) and Portland, Oregon (Moda Center). A regional championship game and two regional semifinal games will be held at each location.
The Final Four will be held on April 5 at 7:30 and 9 p.m. ET at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland. The title game is scheduled for April 7 at 3 p.m. ET at the same venue.
The Final Four games and the Final will be webcast on ESPN and ABC, respectively, if you are unable to attend in person.
On Sunday, March 17 at 8 p.m. ET on ESPN, Selection Sunday will take place.
How to watch the March Madness game featuring Caitlin Clark:
You might have to make some travel arrangements if you want to see Clark’s postseason games in person. If the team keeps winning, she’ll probably play her first two games in Iowa and her next couple in Albany or Portland.
Clark would participate in the Cleveland Final Four and title game.
For some time now, Clark has been predicted to be the top choice in the 2024 WNBA Draft.
The Indiana Fever won the December WNBA Draft Lottery and, for the second consecutive year, were selected as the first overall choice. The Fever chose Aliyah Boston, a former standout player for South Carolina, at No. 1 last year.
Clark stated in October 2023 that she was unsure if she will play professionally or return for a fifth collegiate season. She did, however, declare that the 2023–24 season will be handled “like this is my last year.”
“I’m going to follow my instincts,” declared Clark. That’s ultimately the most important thing I believe I should put my confidence in. When it’s time for me to decide whether to stay or leave, I will know.
