The defender said McKenna has an eye for detail and added that the Ipswich Town manager always strives for perfection.
Tuanzebe insists McKenna has a non-negotiable attitude towards hard work, consistency and repetition and believes the Ipswich boss is the type of manager he needs.
“I think everyone who knows the manager understands his attention to detail and how he wants everything done almost perfectly,” Tuanzebe told Ipswich Town television. “Therefore, repetition, regularity and hard work are non-negotiable for him.
“I think he is the person, especially in my situation, who is perfect for what I want to do with the rest of my career.”
Tuanzebe is yet to make his debut for the Blues this season and that opportunity could come at Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.

Tuanzebe was released by the Red Devils earlier this summer and after spending a week training with the Tractor Boys, he signed a one-year contract with Portman Road, with the club having the option to extend him for another year again. .
The 25-year-old joined United at the age of eight and made 37 appearances for the first team, but his opportunities have become increasingly limited in recent years and he has been out to Aston Villa, Napoli and City of Stoke borrow.

McKenna is delighted to have Tuanzebe back and he outlined the qualities he thinks the centre-back will bring to his team.
