West Ham are preparing to sign key Wolves
for £35 million

The 2023/24 Premier League season has started so well that, despite defeats to Liverpool and Man City, West Ham appear to be looking ahead to the January transfer market and how they can strengthen their squad.
David Moyes wouldn’t want a good start to the campaign to end in a terrible end, and so it’s imperative that east Londoners do their homework on the players now in a bid to get them Get on the train as soon as possible then. The winter transfer window is open.
According to Football Transfers, one of them could be Wolverhampton Wanderers (The Sun)’s £29m right-back, Nelson Semedo.

The former Barcelona ace is out of contract in the summer of 2025 (Capology) and the Midlands-based side may feel that January is the right time to move him given the price timing His value will peak at the end of his contract year.
It would be a departure for Moyes to select a player in this position who is technically and physically fit, as opposed to a defender of comparable physicality.
This could signal a long overdue shift to a more flexible, attacking style of play, akin to the ‘West Ham way’ favored first by Moyes’s security team.
It is currently unclear whether Wolves are in the business, but there are compelling reasons why they would want to sell him and others to keep him at Molineux for a little longer.

West Ham United returned to winning ways after back-to-back Premier League defeats thanks to goals from Jarrod Bowen and a rejuvenated Tomas Soucek.
And looking back at last Saturday’s comfortable 2-0 win, KUMB’s Chris Wilkerson picks out five key moments from the 90 minutes of play… In his first year at the club, Coufal played contribute to the future, and his technique is somewhat less than his ability is rarely questioned. Now in good form and in a team that is performing well, Coufal is once again creating chances, and this is more than thanks to the number of crosses. Ward-Prowse’s goal against Manchester City and Bowen’s goal this weekend showed a man who knows how to pick his passes and whose contributions are vital. In the final third, Paquetá wanders around, Bowen plays on the right more aggressively than anyone else on the left, and Soucek and Ward-Prowse alternate their movements. What formation is this? It makes little difference because the midfield can manage with an extra player. It’s challenging to imagine how any of the four “central midfielders” (i.e., Bowen) might be substituted in for Benrahma or Kudus. The midfielder has talked about being unmotivated in the past, but that seems to be behind him now. Tomas has stepped up with improved performances and a comeback to goal scoring as his position is in jeopardy. He responded with a telling performance, being perceived as the likeliest fall guy for Kudus’ participation.

After a few subpar performances, or at least significant errors in back-to-back games, Aguerd improved and made crucial blocks. Despite Sheffield United’s dismal performance, the forwards are the kind to test Aguerd, who can appear uneasy when up against channel runners with physical presence. Management and coaches should be complimenting his accomplishments and boosting his self-confidence.
