Given what he has accomplished, it makes sense that organizations like Rangers have taken note of his efforts for Malmö and Blackburn and have added him to their list of future managers.
The 47-year-old has demonstrated that he is a manager who can perform above expectations in a captivating manner.
Additionally, he has demonstrated his ability to trust young players, although Blackburn has appeared to benefit greatly from the players he has signed.
Rangers will be looking to appoint a manager who can play attractive football, be competitive in Europe, and deliver results.
