Lions’ Jameson Williams suffers concerning injury vs Cowboys
Detroit is only mildly enthusiastic about this evening. The Detroit Lions
faltered against the Dallas Cowboys in the last moments of their game, and their basketball team ended a historic winning run with a tight victory. As Jared Goff and Dak Prescott squared up, Goff needed every weapon in his arsenal to be fully functional. They had a great start, but after Jameson Williams was fired, many things fell apart.
After suffering the injury, the Lions’ all-around weapon was immediately listed as questionable. According to Detroit Lions PR, Jameson Williams’ ankle discomfort hindered him from contributing more during their game versus the Cowboys.
He still put up serviceable numbers to help Jared Goff keep the game close. The Lions receiver caught two passes that were darted him which notched the team 69 yards. His rushing game was also on display after having one carry. This got the team a gain of six yards all before he had to exit the game.
