Clark now has 3,520 points after scoring 31 in the Hawkeyes’ dramatic 82-79 loss to Nebraska on Super Bowl Sunday, seven fewer than Plum’s total at Washington from 2014 to 2017.

While Sunday’s loss was far from ideal, as Iowa suffered only its third of the season, Clark likely breaking the record at home is the best-case scenario for Hawkeyes supporters, who sold out season tickets for this year in August.

In contrast, tickets for Iowa’s men’s basketball home game against Wisconsin on February 17 ranged from $19 to $151.

Iowa returns to action Thursday night at home against Michigan. The game will tip off at 8 p.m. ET and will be broadcast via Peacock.
